Lenka, what is your position in the company?

I'm in charge of payment methods integration for our partners. It is a very complex area, and so I need to understand banking, product / project management and compliance. There is not a week when I don't learn something new.

How did you get into charity work?

I don’t remember the particular moment, but the main impulse was great upbringing in my family. I managed to arrange financial support for an organization called Cesta domů (Way home; an organization offering professional care to people with terminal diseases and their loved ones), which is my favorite non-profit organization whose activity I admire. 

What do you like to do in your free time?

I am a culture enthusiast, so I'm most happy at concerts, exhibitions, or cinema.

I like to mix city life with trips to the nature and almost all my leisure time activities are accompanied by good food and beer.

What are you in charge of at Purple Foundation and what are you looking forward to at Purple Foundation this year?

I am looking for new projects for the foundation. Last year, we financially supported a new car purchase for Cesta domů and I am looking forward to seeing it drive around decorated with our logo.

What are your personal life projects you have planned in the near future?

I would like to improve my driving skills and learn to pickle sauerkraut using my grandmother's recipe.
